An atelier of functional chocolate — eighteen mushrooms, hand-tempered into squares of the finest single-origin cacao, presented in the geometry of a long, considered life.
Each piece is hand-tempered in the maison's small atelier, in batches limited to fewer than two hundred boxes.



Each square is tempered by hand. Each batch is verified before it leaves the maison. We work in small numbers, in fine geometry, because the precision of a good thing cannot be hurried — and softness cannot be faked.
